Safety & travel support

Travel support built around safety and comfort

No travel company can honestly promise zero risk. What we can promise is careful planning, clear information and a team that stays reachable—before and during your trip.

Our commitments

What responsible planning looks like

  • Clear pickup and reporting details

Pickup point, reporting time, vehicle details and a named contact are shared before every trip.

  • Senior-friendly pacing

Walking levels, steps, rest stops, meal timings and stays are planned with elders in mind.

  • Verified, written information

Only confirmed dates, stays and prices are presented as confirmed. Everything else is clearly marked as on request.

  • Transparent inclusions

What is included, what isn’t and any conditions are listed before you pay anything.

  • Emergency contact process

Every trip has a contact person and an escalation path if plans need to change on the road.

  • Local rules respected

Temple dress codes, forest permits, trek regulations and sea conditions are checked and followed.

Before, during and together

Support at every stage

Before you travel

  • A written itinerary with inclusions, exclusions and any conditions
  • Pickup point, reporting time and vehicle details shared in advance
  • Destination-specific guidance: weather, dress codes, permits and what to carry
  • A named contact person for your trip

While you travel

  • Our team reachable by phone and WhatsApp
  • Realistic daily distances with regular rest stops
  • Plans adjusted for weather, road closures or temple and park rules
  • Family members kept informed if you’d like

How you can help

  • Share health conditions, mobility needs and medicines when planning
  • Carry government photo ID for every traveller
  • Follow guide, driver and local-authority instructions
  • Stay within marked areas at waterfalls, beaches, cliffs and forests

If plans change on the road

Our emergency contact process

  1. Contact your trip contact person or driver first—details are shared before departure.
  2. If you can’t reach them, call or WhatsApp our team at +91 89191 82363.
  3. For medical emergencies call 112 (national emergency number) or 108 (ambulance) immediately, then inform us so we can help.
  4. We coordinate with vendors, stays and local contacts to adjust your plan and keep your family informed.

Family & elder-friendly planning

Planning for parents, grandparents and young children

When elders or small children travel, the details change: shorter stretches, gentler days, easier stays. These are our defaults—tell us anything else you need.

  • Comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles
  • Shorter driving stretches with regular rest stops
  • Stays with lifts or ground-floor rooms on request
  • Darshan and sightseeing planned to avoid long unnecessary walks
  • Meal timings and dietary needs respected, including Jain and sattvic food
  • A family member kept informed on WhatsApp if you wish
